When Sabrina and Shandrika were there they were the best. But when new management came it was horrible. I had an issue with my sink leaking and no one never came I submitted the Work Order back in Sept 4 of this year and up until I moved the problem still wasnât fixed. They were real quick to call and try to inspect the apartment when it was time for me to move out but couldnât fix my sick. I even spoke with the new property manager about the issue she told me someone was going to come fix it the next day and no one never showed. The apartments arenât worth the price amount either.

I was asked to pay 50 dollars for application and was told no past evictions or old water bill cant be on my credit but i have an old cox cable bill on my credit so i informed her that and she said it would be alright it took my credit check to come back 2 weeks i was calling the office sitting outside the office for hours just bad business

I lived here for 2 years and had great neighbors. Sabrina in the office has made a significant change in the property once she arrived. Mr. Sylvester is an excellent maintenance man. It is a good place to live. What ever problems there were when I arrived were handled by management. So you no longer have the young guys "hanging out" like you did years ago and people take better care at what their front porch looks like -no more curbside Bar-b-Que grills. The pool is well maintained and overall I felt safe while here.
