The new property management is absolutely amazing! They are attentive to your needs & understand your needs/concerns.

I really had a the best experience with Amy and the company as a whole. I couldn't recommend them more! Amy was very professional and just overall an amazing worker. You can tell she loves to take good care of the people at this complex. I appreciate the quality and work ethic she brings in every area.

My new apartment was Move-In ready. Very clean and nice structures. The office staff is very nice. Excited to start my new life here, at these beautiful apartment!

Shout out to Amy for helping me get my very first apartment, it’s a very affordable, nice size apartment with large amount of space. The front office staff are awesome if I could rate Amy six stars I would.

Ok so I waited to give this review as New management and maintenance have been on-site for a couple of weeks. I have seen so many changes just in the short time they have been here, I feel like things are finally goin to turn around.

It's very affordable. Me and my family stay to ourselves and we don't bother nobody and nobody bothers us. Ive been late on my rent a number of times and they work with me. I enjoy living here.

From the beginning I felt welcomed! Lexi is wonderful and friendly! Unfortunately I had to find a place to stay asap.. scheduled a tour and she showed me the appartment not one time I felt like I was bothering her ( first time ever experiencing this at an appartment complex) btw I love what they have done to them! Definitely upgraded them.. my application isn’t finalized yet! Just wanted to leave a review ! The management team is amazing! Will update as the process moves along 😊

Nice affordable quiet apartments 👌

I have been extremely pleased with this place. I recently had an issue and they quickly resolved it. The people here are friendly. The staff has been friendly.

Maintenance guy Robert, does an awesome job with taking care of the maintenance request around the property he deserve sum recognition from corporate!!!

Love living at Timber! New manager Di'Anna is awesome. The management company really cares about their residents!

Timber pointe has the best maintenance men in Macon.Mr.Robert and Mr.Johnny are very professional and knowledgeable about their jobs.Excellent and top notch. Just a recent update as of September 27,2024 another management company called AMC or ACM is taking over Timberpointe.Di’Anna and Drew and Robert are the bomb.They are relocating to Overlook from my understanding.They are very professional and understanding of communicating with the residents about the changes in management companies.Thanks again Di’Anna,Drew and Robert.

Phillis made my move in process smooth and made me feel comfortable the whole experience. Jessica was super patient with me and answered all my questions.

HAS A POOL LAUNDRY AREA QUIET PLACE TO LIVE...

I lived here for 2 years and had great neighbors. Sabrina in the office has made a significant change in the property once she arrived. Mr. Sylvester is an excellent maintenance man. It is a good place to live. What ever problems there were when I arrived were handled by management. So you no longer have the young guys "hanging out" like you did years ago and people take better care at what their front porch looks like -no more curbside Bar-b-Que grills. The pool is well maintained and overall I felt safe while here.

I've been here for a year and I have no complaints. Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues. It's peaceful and my apartment looked brand new when I moved in. I happy overall.
