I've been here for a year and I have no complaints. Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues. It's peaceful and my apartment looked brand new when I moved in. I happy overall.
Edit: I hate that this got so many views as I feel that I pushed people to this property, but management at the time was very deceitful and gossipy. I went on a 2 week trip and came back to my apartment raided. The part that irritated me the most was it was set up to look like a break in but I know it was coordinated by either staff or management herself. Especially with how suspicious they acted the day I returned. I was so irritated that I took a thing or two and left, which resulted in them filing it like an evection. It wasnât my first or second time having them do sneaky, deceptive things during my work hours. Iâd even been offered drugs and other things I wonât mention by a member of maintenance. So I know everything wasnât above board. Not to mention I wanted a property with a useable pool and I never truly had that for the two years that I stayed. Just be careful of definitely get renters insurance if you stay. Hopefully things are better now but Iâm not surprised they changed names of the complex.
