Timber pointe has the best maintenance men in Macon.Mr.Robert and Mr.Johnny are very professional and knowledgeable about their jobs.Excellent and top notch. Just a recent update as of September 27,2024 another management company called AMC or ACM is taking over Timberpointe.DiâAnna and Drew and Robert are the bomb.They are relocating to Overlook from my understanding.They are very professional and understanding of communicating with the residents about the changes in management companies.Thanks again DiâAnna,Drew and Robert.

Rented there over 7 years. Past management was great, Sabrina but new management cashed my money order and didn't apply to bill plus they doubled charge for rental insurance waiting on a phone call had to move they need to be reported also need to repair apartments carpets for water damage. Not worth the price, waiting on my refunds They never return calls

When Sabrina and Shandrika were there they were the best. But when new management came it was horrible. I had an issue with my sink leaking and no one never came I submitted the Work Order back in Sept 4 of this year and up until I moved the problem still wasnât fixed. They were real quick to call and try to inspect the apartment when it was time for me to move out but couldnât fix my sick. I even spoke with the new property manager about the issue she told me someone was going to come fix it the next day and no one never showed. The apartments arenât worth the price amount either.
