I donât even know where to start ! This place is worst than living in the projects when it comes to appearance & maintenance issues. Trash areas are filthy. Water is included but the water pressure sucks. At times the water is cut off without any notice or anything. I was moved into an apartment that has numerous of issues. Main one being mold infestation in the bathroom vanity and I keep getting told that itâs being ordered. Iâve been here going on 7 months now and NOTHING! No update or anything. Ceiling fan donât work, stained mirror glass, no shelving in any of the closets or pantry. My list goes on and on! I have been very patient about everything and nothing gets done. I donât feel valued as a paying tenant. I definitely feel very played with moving here.

Horrible place. Moved in on a Friday & moved out the next week. INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!!!!!! UNIT F6!!!! ROACHES WERE COMING OUT OF THE WALLS, CABINETS, & CARPETS! VERY DISAPPOINTING & DISGUSTING!

Been living here since Oct of 2022 since Sabrina left everything had went down hill no one came to put up my washer and dryer doors on the hinges my dishwasher is overflowing with water maintenance came to look at it both looked like they didnât know what they were doing drained it out never came back out to fix it, the popcorn on my ceiling started to peel off and fall down on the floor maintenance man came to look at it and never came back to repatch it I have mold on all of my window seals as well as on my vent in my bathroom, water is leaking from fan exhaust in my bathroom. The leasing consultants are terrible seems like they just hire anybody to half do the job would not recommend everything in this apartment was done poorly will not be renewing for another year. Run far away from this place we also have multiple water shut offs without even being notified.

They don't care about their resident. If they have an illness or not . Rent be late they will take you to court for 1 month and try to charge you $300 to $400 more. Always trying to get extra money. Can't explain what the extra charges are. The property manager is not very friendly. They don't like to fix nothing. Resident always have problems with them turning the water off for hours. Resident don't have no kinda communication about the water. You can't reach Management or Cooperate office.Sabrina was a way better property manager.. this is the worst property manager I ever seen in my entire life. We have a sorry unprofessional property manager that tries to overcharge you. Always try to make you have a late fee so she can get extra money

0 stars if could.....scam artists. Take money for down payment and switched Apts 3 times. Came to move in apt was not cleaned and Previous tenants prescription drugs and personal items still in bathroom! Disgusting people and facility. On top of the the property management people told us that it was cleaned and it was our fault!?
