Water pressure problem for almost 2 years havenât been fixed yet

Do not do an application here if you're not 100% sure that you will get approved. I did an application in March. They took almost $500 out of my account and I have yet to receive my refund. They said it would take 30 days an i really need that money. Ive called twice and nothing. BE CAREFUL.

From the beginning I felt welcomed! Lexi is wonderful and friendly! Unfortunately I had to find a place to stay asap.. scheduled a tour and she showed me the appartment not one time I felt like I was bothering her ( first time ever experiencing this at an appartment complex) btw I love what they have done to them! Definitely upgraded them.. my application isnât finalized yet! Just wanted to leave a review ! The management team is amazing! Will update as the process moves along ð

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Maintenance is a huge issue. Mold problems, constant AC issues, a maintenance crew that has absolutely no idea what they're doing. Emergency maintenance requests will be considered not an emergency. Don't even waste your time with this place. Pest issues like bed bugs and roaches. They renovated everything on the outside to make it look good so they could charge people more money, but didn't replace the things that actually mattered.

I have been extremely pleased with this place. I recently had an issue and they quickly resolved it. The people here are friendly. The staff has been friendly.
