Shout out to Amy for helping me get my very first apartment, it’s a very affordable, nice size apartment with large amount of space. The front office staff are awesome if I could rate Amy six stars I would.

Ok so I waited to give this review as New management and maintenance have been on-site for a couple of weeks. I have seen so many changes just in the short time they have been here, I feel like things are finally goin to turn around.

It's very affordable. Me and my family stay to ourselves and we don't bother nobody and nobody bothers us. Ive been late on my rent a number of times and they work with me. I enjoy living here.

I have been living here for 5 yrs I NEVER had any problems what so ever until this last YEAR not with mantaince man but with petty things , it's almost like I'm being harassed because of things not MY FAULT with live electricity shocks from around this AREA !!!! Among control issues of others .I understand the sale of property to other individual's.It was CHERRY TREE HILL. When I moved in ,now it's Timber POINT !!! Maybe someone needs to look at insurance claims of slip an falls in tub , not reported from my Residence A5 !!!
