UPDATE: After being told this issue would be resolved “immediately,” I was informed by Dennise, the property manager, that my refund check was sent out last Thursday. Today, I found out the leasing office had actually been holding the check for several days — and said absolutely nothing to me. This was after 49 days of constant follow-ups, delays, and being completely ignored. Over and over, I was given excuses — including someone being out sick — as if that somehow justifies holding my money for this long. I'm extremely disappointed in the way this entire situation was handled. Dennise, the property manager, has been unresponsive and unprofessional throughout the process. Communication is terrible, accountability is nonexistent, and there is clearly no urgency or respect for residents once they’re no longer paying rent. This isn’t just bad management — it’s negligent and unacceptable. The leasing office, regional team, and accounting department all played a part in dragging this out, and no one took responsibility. If you’re considering living here, be warned: they will hold onto money that doesn’t belong to them, avoid your calls and emails, and leave you chasing them for weeks with no resolution in sight. I expected better. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely unprofessional. Be cautious with this place—they will delay returning your security deposit and rent reimbursement for as long as possible. Under Georgia law, landlords have 30 days to return your deposit after move-out. It has now been over 40 days, and I’m still waiting. I’ve been reaching out since August 28th with no results. My calls and emails have been ignored, and the property manager, Dennise, keeps blaming the delay on a prior staff change and her regional manager being out sick. Regardless, none of that should prevent them from returning my money. This has been extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Know your rights in Georgia—they are legally required to return your deposit within 30 days, and this kind of delay is unacceptable.

UPDATE: After being told this issue would be handled "immediately," I received an update from Dennise, the property manager, stating that the check is “on the way,” based on what she was told by her regional manager. However, I have no idea where the check is being sent because Denise has completely stopped responding to my emails — despite multiple follow-ups. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially after assurances that this would be resolved quickly. I’m still waiting for basic information like where the check is being mailed, when it was sent, or any tracking details. Silence is not an acceptable way to handle a situation involving money owed. I will continue to update this review based on how (or if) the issue is resolved. ****update as of 8/26/2025****** Nothing has been done about it I’ve called and left numerous of messages none of them have been answered to maintenance numbers have been disconnected I’m trying to reach out about things and no one has returned a call this is by far the worse experience I’ve ever had smh For my first experience in getting an apartment this apartment has been the worst. From my apartment flooding months ago and it continuing to flood , to my garbage disposal not being fixed , closet rods were poorly put in so they fell and maintenance never came to replace them a toilet not flushing properly STIll, to my bathroom ceiling being cracked and falling apart due to mold and water damage. Then on top of all of all of that they send a letter saying how my rent was going to go from 765 to 1025 and they have yet to fix my ceiling from mold and I have been having respiratory issues since I’ve moved here like I really wish I knew someone to come and look at the condition of these apartments . They have fixed up the outside by putting hay and paving the parking lot (with no lines) but the inside of these apartments are horrible and I don’t n can’t see paying 1025 for them I did a review recently for them about my flooded apartment I have moisture control containers all around my apartment ant they are full so I know this apartment is holding moisture . Its a nice area and quiet but the apartment maintenance is horrible well I know for sure mine is. Management is nice never had an issues with either lady . These issues with this apartments aren’t their problem they just got here when I moved here I wish I would have looked further into these apartments before moving here

For my first experience in getting an apartment this apartment has been the worst. We signed our lease today and are absolutely happy with our new apartment. Can not wait to get moved in.. God is so amazing. Update: the new office members and of course Cory also are so amazing they all go above and beyond. Thank you guys so much!!! God is gonna bless all of you for the amazing work you do.
