My wife and I have lived here since June of 2025 and ms amber is absolutely the most amazing we enjoy seeing her with her positive energy. She goes above and beyond and doesnât mind getting dirty lol

We signed our lease today and are absolutely happy with our new apartment. Can not wait to get moved in.. God is so amazing. Update: the new office members and of course Cory also are so amazing they all go above and beyond. Thank you guys so much!!! God is gonna bless all of you for the amazing work you do.

Hooray everyone move to timber pointe this place is paradise Amy and June are the best people in the whole wide world the apartment complex is very quiet and peaceful ! ð¥°ð¥°

Tens across the board!!! Amy was outstanding and didn't waste any time getting me in an apartment. Seems like a peaceful complex security was on site doing a great job making sure everything was safe. Ms. June was very helpful in the process as well and had great customer service.
